Acceptable proof of purchase must include a photograph of the original product UPC, and either a copy of dated cash register receipt or a dated itemized sales invoice. Offer may not be combined with any other CZ-USA offer. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from submission receipt for delivery of the Scorpion Gray Backpack and 2 Mags. Limit of one rebate per Serial # of a new qualifying product purchased. In order to receive your Tactical Scorpion Gray Backpack and 2 Mags you must purchase a new qualifying product between 09/24/2022 - 12/31/2022.
